Reason for the change

The Company cancelled 60,000 restricted employees shares.  These shares are not entitled to the dividend distribution pursuant to applicable law, the number of outstanding common shares is reduced by 60,000 shares accordingly.  As a result, the cash dividend ratio is adjusted.
